1. การรับทราบความเสี่ยง Acknowledgment of Risks ข้าพเจ้าเข้าใจดีว่ากิจกรรมดังกล่าวอาจมีความเสี่ยงต่อการได้รับบาดเจ็บ เสียหาย หรืออาจถึงแก่ชีวิต ไม่ว่าจะเกิดจากอุบัติเหตุ ความประมาทของตนเอง ผู้จัด หรือบุคคลอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง I fully understand that this activity involves inherent risks of injury, damage, or even death, whether caused by accident, my own actions, the organizers, or other participants. ข้าพเจ้ารับรู้และยอมรับความเสี่ยงทั้งหมดโดยสมัครใจ I voluntarily accept all such risks. 2. การรับผิดชอบส่วนบุคคล Personal Responsibility ข้าพเจ้าจะปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำ กฎระเบียบ และข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยของผู้จัดกิจกรรมอย่างเคร่งครัด I agree to strictly follow all safety rules, guidelines, and instructions given by the organizers. และจะรับผิดชอบต่อการกระทำของตนเองในระหว่างกิจกรรมทุกประการ I take full responsibility for my actions during the activity. 3. การสละสิทธิ์เรียกร้อง Waiver of Liability ในกรณีที่เกิดอุบัติเหตุ บาดเจ็บ สูญเสีย หรือความเสียหายใดๆ อันเกิดขึ้นระหว่างหรือเนื่องจากการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม In the event of any accident, injury, loss, or damage arising during or as a result of participating in the activity, ข้าพเจ้าขอสละสิทธิ์ในการเรียกร้อง ฟ้องร้อง หรือดำเนินคดีใดๆ ทั้งทางแพ่งและทางอาญา ต่อผู้จัดกิจกรรม เจ้าหน้าที่ ผู้สนับสนุน หรือบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด โดยเด็ดขาด I hereby waive all rights to make any claims or initiate any civil or criminal proceedings against the organizers, staff, sponsors, or any related parties. 4. ความยินยอมด้านการแพทย์ Medical Consent หากเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน ข้าพเจ้ายินยอมให้ผู้จัดกิจกรรมดำเนินการช่วยเหลือทางการแพทย์โดยทันทีตามความเหมาะสม In case of an emergency, I consent to receive immediate medical assistance deemed necessary by the organizers. และจะไม่เรียกร้องค่าเสียหายใดๆ จากการตัดสินใจดังกล่าว I will not hold them liable for any outcomes related to such decisions. 5. การคุ้มครองข้อมูล Data Protection ข้าพเจ้ายินยอมให้ผู้จัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของข้าพเจ้าที่จำเป็นต่อการบริหารจัดการกิจกรรม I consent to the collection of my personal information necessary for managing the activity. โดยข้อมูลดังกล่าวจะถูกใช้เฉพาะภายในกิจกรรมและจะไม่ถูกเปิดเผยต่อบุคคลภายนอกโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต Such data will only be used for the purposes of this activity and will not be disclosed without my consent. 6. การยอมรับโดยสมัครใจ Voluntary Agreement ข้าพเจ้ายืนยันว่าได้อ่านและเข้าใจข้อตกลงนี้อย่างละเอียด ไม่มีการถูกบังคับ ข่มขู่ หรือจูงใจด้วยสิ่งใดๆ และตกลงยินยอมโดยสมัครใจทุกประการ I confirm that I have read and fully understood this agreement. I have not been forced, threatened, or persuaded into signing, and I agree voluntarily.
